We were checked in quickly and efficiently. Any questions we had were answered with friendliness. We joined the Players Club and that was really easy too.

Walking into ANY room at the Casino ie. Workers were cleaning machines constantly. The drinks at the bar were reasonably priced and we never had to wait in any line up.

The food was all delicious as well. The restaurant staff were friendly and really accommodating it got really busy at times. Our room was a suite and it was huge!!

We really enjoyed the spacious living room area. All in all, our experience was above and beyond any expectations we may have had and we are already planning our next mini-vacation at South Beach.

From the time we walked in the front door to the time we left, we were treated royally. The rooms were exceptional having been sanitized prior to our stay.

There were no items in the room, ie coffee maker, ironing board, iron due to COVID, but all items were quickly brought on request.

Both the hotel and the casino went above and beyond our expectations for doing everything they can during the crisis.

Visiting from Argentina this hotel was perfect for my family, they have a rooftop pool and has a magnificent view, located just one block from the beach!!

Would definitely come back for the exceptional service from the staff! My wife stayed here for a short solo trip to recharge and she had great things to say across the board.
