Don't waste your money! As a professional couple in our mid 20's we like to treat ourselves to nice holidays, therefore booking a week at The Bellagio.

The location is good as the hotel is in the middle of the strip. However, staff were very rude and we definitely did not feel that our custom was in any way valued.

We were charged for the mini bar which we did not use, so we questioned this at the reception. The lady at reception realised that a mistake had been made, but there was no apology and then she tried to say that we had to pay a resort fee, which we had already paid!!

We tried the over priced buffet breakfast, but wouldn't recommend this. We were made to wait at the front of the queue for 20 minutes when only one quarter of the tables were actually being used and staff were standing around ….
